Q: Are Tazaru products safe?
Yes. Our formulas are plant-based, biodegradable, non-toxic, and designed for everyday use. They work effectively without harsh chemicals.

Q: How do I use the cleaning tablets?
Add warm water to your bottle, drop in a tablet, wait for it to dissolve, and you’re ready to clean. Follow the instructions on the label for best results.

Q: Can I reuse the bottles?
Yes. Our glass bottles are meant to be reused again and again with refills.

Q: Are these products eco-friendly?
Yes. We focus on reducing single-use plastic by offering refills and using recyclable packaging where possible.


📦Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada. (Note: If you expand shipping later, update here.)

Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your checkout is complete, orders begin processing. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible — before shipment — and we’ll do our best to help.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
At Tazaru, your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment.
  • Product condition: Items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original method of payment, minus original shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Return shipping: A flat return fee of $8 CAD applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work toward a fair resolution.


Q: Are there any exceptions?
Yes.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return (see product pages for details).
  • Exchanges are not offered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud.
